2nd part of North India North India

After 6 hours of bus from Agra, we arrived in Jaipur, the pink city. As usual, the first step: to fight with the rickshaw, with one hand, those who want us to pay dearly and the other those who agree to reduce the tariff, provided that we go take a look ' eye to the hotel one of his buddies (story he could touch a small commission). In the afternoon we visit the old bazaar in Jaipur. Some of us are doing good business by buying beautiful silk scarves, which after verification lighter are not at all in silk (that's the game my pov 'Lollipop:).

Tuesday morning we attack by Amber Fort, a magnificent hillside fort built in the XVIth century. It was designed to monitor and protect the highway between Jaipur and Delhi.

It takes about ten minutes to reach the summit walk, except pigeons, forgiveness tourists can go on elephant abuse. Once at the gate of the fort was a splendid view over the valley.

The morning after they chained by the palace of wind.

Then the City Palace, built by Maharaja Jai Singh II in the eighteenth century. The current Maharaja Sawai Bhawani Singh lives with his family.

There are the 2 biggest silver objects in the world: 2 jars of solid silver, which have served to carry Ganges water for ablution of Maharaja Jai Singh II on his trip to England. Each jar holds 8000L of water.
